Auburn, CA - Chang Brothers came about during the 2005 Growth of Placer County. Jack and his brothers thought about how they would be able to share their meals with the people of Auburn, California. The brothers worked and thought together to give us what is known today as "Chang Brothers Gourmet Chinese Food".
Chang Brothers has definitely earned its title as "The Best Around", as various Chinese Gourmet dishes from Hunan and Schewan flavors for all you "Hot and Spicy" fans, to vegetarian dishes such Chinese Greens and Supreme Crispy Eggplant.
